Were possible, as much local Cornish ingredients are used, to create strong but clean flavoured dishes to make a menu which is changed on a regular basis depending what is at its best The tearoom offers the Fowey traveller/visitor a light and refreshing menu with a choice of cakes, scones, pastries to sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads and our chefs own speciality Fowey rarebit.
